Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

  Flow Go LLC provides professional drain cleaning and minor plumbing repair services for residential, commercial, and property management clients throughout the Lowcountry. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  Drain Cleaning Services

- Snaking and mechanical rooter service

- High-pressure hydro jetting

- Video camera inspections

- Clog and blockage removal (kitchen sinks, bathrooms, floor drains, main sewer lines, etc.)  - - Preventative maintenance and grease trap cleaning

   Minor Plumbing Repairs

- Leaky faucets, running toilets, and dripping shower heads

- Garbage disposal repair and replacement

- Under-sink leaks and supply line replacement

- Hose bibs, shut-off valves, and small pipe repairs

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. A dispatch fee, the amount of which will be communicated to the customer over the phone prior to the service visit, applies to all service calls. Acceptable payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments. A 2.99% processing fee will be added to the customer’s total for payments made by credit card. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Customers will be informed of the total cost, including any additional charges, prior to service completion.

3. Liability for Lost or Damaged Equipment

Flow Go LLC is not responsible in the event a cable, camera, or hydro jet line breaks off or is damaged within any branch or main line. Flow Go LLC does not assume responsibility or cost for retrieving such equipment, including but not limited to expenses for digging, excavating, locating, or engaging other services.

4. Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Flat rate pricing includes up to 1-2 hours of work; any additional time will be billed hourly at the prevailing rate, which will be communicated to the customer prior to exceeding the initial 2 hours. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen complications, such as severe blockages, inaccessible drains, or the need for specialized equipment. Customers will be informed of any additional costs before work proceeds.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

Flow Go LLC warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. At the company’s discretion, certain services may include a limited warranty, the terms and duration of which will be provided at the time of service. Warranties, if offered, do not cover issues due to root regrowth, disposable wipes, foreign objects, new clogs, misuse, or pre-existing pipe damage.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide clear access to the work area, including removing obstructions around drains or fixtures. Customers must also supply access to a water source for hydro jetting services. Customers assume all water bill costs related to the use of the hydro jet machine. Flow Go LLC holds no responsibility to pay or refund costs associated with customer obligations, including but not limited to water bill costs, equipment retrieval, or access-related expenses. Flow Go LLC is not responsible for damage to items obstructing access. Customers are responsible for disclosing known pipe conditions, such as prior damage or root intrusion, before services begin.

7. Safety and Compliance

All work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations. Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed. Flow Go LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant with regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flow Go LLC is not liable for damages to pipes while snaking lines or for water damage to pipes or flooding of areas causing damage when using a hydro jet, provided such damage is not due to gross negligence or willful misconduct. Additionally, Flow Go LLC and its personnel are not liable for scratches to floors or damage to walls, fixtures, tubs, furniture, or vanities that may occur during the performance of services, provided such damage is not due to gross negligence or willful misconduct. Flow Go LLC is not responsible for any damage to a customer’s driveway caused by leaking oil from service vehicles. Flow Go LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from services, including but not limited to property damage due to pre-existing pipe conditions or unforeseen complications. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services will be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of South Carolina. Customers agree to address concerns directly with Flow Go LLC before pursuing legal action.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling and/or receiving services from Flow Go LLC, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated, and the most current version will apply to all services rendered.
